Eurogamer, have reported that those of you who have pre ordered, can already start pre-loading the game from Steam now. For the rest of us that haven’t ordered the demo will be available on November 3rd, for both PC and Xbox 360 gold members.
Left 4 Dead 2 is set during the aftermath of an apocalyptic pandemic, and mainly focuses on four survivors fighting against hordes of the infected. The survivors must fight their way through levels, with safehouses that act as checkpoints, with the goal of reaching a rescue vehicle at the campaign’s finale.
The game has attracted an unusually high volume of pre-release controversy. It has received a combination of positive, negative, critical, and community reactions. The game is currently set to launch on November 17th.
