Jonathan Ross's wife Jane Goldman rolls back the years after dramatic weight loss

Jonathan Ross's voluptuous wife Jane Goldman has long attracted attention due to her flame red hair.
But last night there was another reason she courted attention - and it was due to the 39-year-old's stunning weight loss.
Former journalist turned screenwriter Jane stepped out with husband Jonathan, 48, at opening gala of The Times BFI London Film Festival in London last night.

But it was a decidedly slimmer Mrs Ross who chat show host Jonathan Ross showed off on the red carpet, as she revealed her trimmed down figure in a black minidress.

The effect of the weight-loss on the mother of three was stunning, as she looked at least ten years younger again as she hung onto her husband's arm.
It was a stunning transformation, as just over a year ago, Jane looked considerably larger at the Empire Film Awards.
Clearly keen to show off her new figure, she took off her jacket to reveal a trimmer body and bustline.

Jane and the highly paid BBC television presenter first met when she was a 16-year-old pop columnist for the Daily Star newspaper.
They married in 1988 and live in London's Hampsteadwith their three children; Betty Kitten, 18,  Harvey Kirby, 15, and Honey Kinny, 12.
The couple's 20 year union has weathered its share of rocky patches and almost reached breaking point  a few years ago when Jane was admitted to The Priory for psychiatric treatment after a nervous breakdown.
Her breakdown was blamed on the long-term effects of insomnia and depression. She later revealed in an interview that she had also considered suicide.
Since then Jane has established herself as an accomplished novelist and screenwriter.
She has written a novel Dreamworld, and the two-volume series The X-Files Book of the Unexplained, about the American television show.  And  was the co-writer of the screenplay for Stardust.
In addition Jane presents paranormal show Jane Goldman Investigates for Living TV.
