The divorce of Kelly Rutherford is not a good event. Previously Kelly and Giersch (her husband) started blaming each other. Kelly already had a child and now she is 4 month pregnant.
Kelly remains married up to 2 1/2 years. Daniel Giersch who was Kelly’s husband is now claiming the sole custody of their son Hermes. He wants to take his son with him to Los Angeles as he thinks that Kelly will neglect his son.
Giersch claims that Kelly is under stress of her work as she remains at work 20 hours per day. He also said that she is a frustrated lady and her way of living doesn’t make her to live with a family. He also claims that on the trip of Hamburg, Kelly try to hit him with a laptop. She afterwards smashed the computer on the table and broke it and shouted horrible names. Due to her tight work schedule she only spends 10% of her time with her son. He also said that he can make Hermes to sleep easily when she is not at home while Kelly Breastfeed him to make him sleep as she have no idea how to put her son to sleep.
Kelly Rutherford has some points to claim on Giersch. She said that there was some investigation against Giersch by the German government and he has a fear of being arrested.
She claims when Hermes was an infant and she was breastfeeding, Giersch said things to her like,
“I can’t wait until we don’t need you”.
She further claim that Daniel leave the country in every 3 months as he was on the temporary visa and remain out for so long that she had no idea where he was. she also so her fear that Giersch will leave the country with Hermes and she will remain unaware of their existence.
